港Hotel ⇄ Meriken Park

The harbour with the tall red Kobe Port Tower. It’s about 2 km from the hotel. Three ways to get there:

Best time to go: weekday mornings are calmest. Weekends and sunset get crowded; on a weekend, arrive before 11:00.

🚕 Taxi Easiest

A short ride, about 2 km. Ask the front desk (floor 17) to call one, or wave one down on the street. Show the driver the card.

🚌 City Loop bus

About 15 minutes, says the hotel. Ask the front desk where to catch it: “City Loop bus to Meriken Park, please.”

🚶 Walk, the fun way · about 30 min

This walk goes through Center Gai shopping street and Nankinmachi Chinatown, so you see all three in one trip.
